As five high-schools from across the country, we all bring different educational experiences to the table. Together, we hope to improve American history curricula.
Hannah is a 17 yr old from the suburbs of Chicago. She loves reading historical fiction - but not in the form of textbooks. She wants the organization to ensure all American students learn real history - not sugarcoated - so that they can enact social change in the United States and globally!
Caren is a senior at North Gwinnett High School, located in the suburbs of Atlanta, Georgia. She is very involved in community service and education. She is always up for learning new skills and information & meeting new people. In her free time, Caren ice skates, watches movies, reads books, and most importantly takes naps 😴.
Kana is a junior from Atlanta, Georgia with an interest in social issues, history, politics, and more. She has become increasingly skeptical of the Eurocentric, whitewashed narratives that are taught in school curriculums, and would love to raise awareness on the unsung heroes and crucial events of our history that are often ignored.
